How to delete your Recevia.AI account.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Recevia account directly from the app:

If you have an organization:

  1. Open the Recevia app

  2. Go to Settings (tap your profile)

  3. Scroll to the bottom to find Danger Zone

  4. Tap Delete Account

  5. Review the data that will be deleted

  6. Enter your email address to confirm

  7. Tap Delete Account to permanently delete

If you don't have an organization:

  1. Open the Recevia app

  2. On the Choose Path screen, tap Delete account at the bottom right

  3. Enter your email address to confirm

  4. Tap Delete to permanently delete

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • ✅ Your profile and login credentials

  • ✅ All organizations you own (including all associated data)

  • ✅ AI agents and their configurations

  • ✅ Call history and recordings

  • ✅ Bookings and calendar integrations

  • ✅ Contacts and CRM data

  • ✅ Knowledge bases and documents

  • ✅ Chat history and AI memories

  • ✅ Push notification settings

  • ✅ All preferences and settings

If you are a member (not owner) of organizations, you will be removed from those organizations but their data will remain intact for other members.

Important Notes

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone

  • Account deletion is processed immediately

  • You will be signed out automatically after deletion

  • If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled
